Tahlia holds a view of health and wellbeing that encompasses all aspects of a person’s life - the interplay between biology, psychology, and the relationships around us.

She has a special interest in chronic health conditions and the gut-brain connection, supporting people to recover from or adjust to changes in their health and circumstances. Her background in rehabilitation, public health, and outpatient hospital care has given her a deep understanding of how personal experiences sit within the wider context of our life roles, relationships, and the systems we are part of.

Tahlia is experienced in working with pain, fatigue, stress, anxiety, depression, and the emotional responses that often accompany changes in physical health, including anger and grief. She draws on evidence-based approaches tailored to each person, integrating a variety of therapeutic methods depending on what matters most to you.

Tahlia will work alongside you with clarity and calm to support you to live a meaningful and fulfilling life of your choice, even in the presence of health challenges.

Dr Manuela Francesca Russo

General Psychologist · PhD

Supporting people through trauma, emotional overwhelm, and psychological injury - with a grounding in how the brain actually works.

Trauma

Anxiety

Grief & Loss

Manuela is a general psychologist with a research background in cognitive neuroscience — which in practice means she brings a deep understanding of why we feel, react, and get stuck the way we do. She specialises in trauma and emotion regulation, working with people who feel overwhelmed by their emotional responses, struggle to feel safe, or are navigating the aftermath of psychological injury.

Her approach is person-centred and evidence-based, drawing on ACT, CBT, and DBT skills to help clients build a steadier relationship with their thoughts and feelings. She creates a warm, non-judgmental space where complex experiences can be explored at your own pace.

Manuela can offer appointments in English and in Italian.

In her spare time, Manuela loves exploring Australian nature and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Laura Clemesha

General Psychologist

Helping people who are tired of running on empty, and those navigating who they are outside of what they achieve.

Burnout

Perfectionism

Identity

Transitions

Laura works with people who are struggling under the weight of high expectations — their own or others'. Her particular focus is burnout, perfectionism, and the kind of anxiety that lives underneath relentless striving. She also works with people in the middle of meaningful transitions: leaving a career or sport they've built their identity around, stepping into new life roles, or simply feeling like who they've been isn't quite who they want to become.

Her approach is collaborative and genuinely warm - she takes time to understand your world before working with you to find a way through it. Laura draws on CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, and tailors her practice to each person rather than applying a formula. Her background spans elite sport and five years as a leadership development consultant and executive coach, which gives her an unusually clear understanding of high-performance environments, and what it actually takes to thrive in them sustainably, rather than just survive.

Louise Samways

Clinical and Health Psychologist · Author

For people who want to understand the full picture: how their body, history, and circumstances are all part of the same story.

Complex issues

Louise is a very experienced Clinical and Health Psychologist and bestselling author. Her holistic approach is especially helpful when physical and mental health have become deeply entangled as a consequence of trauma and/or chronic illness.

When relevant this approach explores the external factors (environment, relationships, work, and life circumstances) that can be affecting how we feel and function. This can be especially helpful for people living with ADHD or who are Neurodiverse.

Louise incorporates a range of evidence based therapies and modalities (including mind-body therapies, gut-brain research, cross-lateral stimulation) and teaches practical strategies to help create a personal “wellbeing tool kit” for the future.

Her professional practice has been shaped by a career that spans remote Aboriginal communities in the Central Desert, international study in Sweden and the UK, and working in urban, rural, and very remote settings.

What that means for her clients is a Practitioner with the experience and knowledge to identify, and clarify, the issues that need to be addressed so that treatment outcomes are maximised.

Louise sees clients via telehealth only, which means she's accessible from anywhere in Australia.
